Getting Healthy Naturally

Setup - Karate Chop (KC) or Sore Spot (SS): Even though I don't always eat as well as I'd like to, I deeply and completely accept myself.

KC or SS: Even though I don't get as much physical activity as I need for my optimal health, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

KC or SS: Even though I don't live the healthy lifestyle I'd like to for my optimal well-being, I am open to finding a way to do this naturally, and I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

EB (Eyebrow): I eat too much junk food!

SE (Side of the Eye): I tend to eat things that aren't good for me

UE (Under the Eye): And I eat portions that are too large

UN (Under the Nose): I don't like exercizing regularly!

CH (Chin): I don't want to, and I just don't have the time

CB (Collarbone): I'm just not living the healthy lifestyle I'd like to live

TY (Thymus - Middle Chest): It's so easy to overeat and avoid physical activity

UA (Under the Arm): I'd rather eat high-calorie food, and lots of it

TH (Top of the Head): It's too much of an effort to eat healthy and exercize regularly

EB (Eyebrow): But maybe my body really craves healthy food and exercize?

SE (Side of the Eye): I just haven't been listening to it

UE (Under the Eye):
But now I can make the conscious choice

UN (Under the Nose): To release any blocks to hearing my body's innate wisdom

CH (Chin): Which will guide me to all the healthiest, best foods for it

CB (Collarbone): Opening up to craving good, healthy foods naturally

TY (Tymus - Middle Chest): With no feeling of deprivation - I do not miss the junk food

UA (Under the Arm): I'm opening up to finding a physical activity that suits me

TH (Top of the Head): And doing it at just the right frequency for my optimal health


EB (Eyebrow): I can do this!!

SE (Side of the Eye): My body WANTS to be in a balanced, healthy state

UE (Under the Eye):
And get down to as well as maintain my ideal weight

UN (Under the Nose): I can do this very naturally

CH (Chin): I find myself turning away from junk food and exercizing more

CB (Collarbone): I just don't even crave it - instead I crave very healthy foods

TY (Thymus - Middle Chest): In just the right amounts

UA (Under the Arm): I enjoy working out and I'm guided to just the right kinds of exercize for me

TH (Top of the Head): And it all adds up to my total, optimal, natural health and well-being
